Jonathan Green
Senior Analyst
Jon is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in Pennsylvania. He began his real estate appraisal career in 2018 with a prominent mid-sized firm where he assisted with developing appraisals throughout Pennsylvania. In 2019, Jon accepted a role with KPMG in the Economic and Valuation Services department’s tangible asset valuation group. He has experience with a wide variety of property types, including retail/shopping centers, industrial, subdivision land, multi-family, resort/hotel, and casinos, and has worked on large investment grade portfolios for local, regional, national, and international clients.
Jon graduated from Villanova University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. While attending Villanova, Jon was a starting offensive lineman on the football team and was named to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Academic Team. Jon resides in Conshohocken with his wife Gabby, and their dog.
